Summary: The resort itself is great, especially the pool was outstanding for the kids. Highly recommended the swim out pool apartments. Negative when booking through private holiday makers and not the hotel itself things can become complicated. No room service, no dine in option, couldn’t even get take away food from the restaurant so forced to eat dine in. 1 roll of toilet paper and no house keeping. Would only go back with booking direct to the hotel and not private holiday stays.
